· Once the program has set the start and end dates, a dedicated team will be assigned for airport pick-up and drop-off.

· Students can book their own flights and must arrive at the destination airport in time to meet the pick-up person.

· DCN will announce the flights of the lead teachers in advance, and students may choose to fly on the same flight as the lead teacher or on different flights with the consent of the school and parents.

· DCN will provide pick-up and drop-off services for certain flights, which will be announced to students in advance.
