国内院校合作流程：
第一步：国内院校与DCN签订合作备忘录和项目协议，可开展DCN所有项目；
第二步：DCN促进国内院校与海外合作院校开展互访、建立合作关系、签订MOU或项目协议等，合作领域包括study tours、study abroad, exchange student、专业研究项目、实习项目、教师培训项目、联合培养、中外合作办学等。
步骤如下：
1、国内高校分析项目可行性和招生预期后，选定合作项目和意向学校，填写合作意向表，由DCN汇总资料和数据提交海外合作院校，在此期间DCN促进两校领导或职员互访；
2、DCN海外合作院校研究决定合作后，双方签署相应的MOU或项目协议。

Domestic university cooperation process:
Step 1: Once domestic institutions and DCN sign memorandum of cooperation and project agreement, domestic institutions can promote all projects of DCN;
Step 2: DCN assist to establish the mutual visits, cooperative relations, signing of MOU or project agreements between domestic institutions and overseas partner institutions, including study tours, study abroad, exchange student, professional research projects, internship projects, teacher training projects, joint training, Chinese-foreign cooperative education, etc.
The steps are as follows:
1. After analyzing the feasibility of projects and enrollment expectations, domestic colleges and universities shall select cooperation projects and prospective schools, fill in the application form for cooperation, and submit the information and data to overseas cooperative colleges and universities by DCN. During this period, DCN shall assist the exchange visits between the leaders or staff of the two schools;
2. After the DCN overseas cooperative universities decide to cooperate, the two parties shall sign the corresponding MOU or project agreement.
